My husband purchased an 2008 xterra from East Tn Nissan, they told him it was in a fender bender, needless to say when he tried to trade it at Bristol toyota they told him the whole front clip and been replaced both air bags had been deployed. They never told him that and he checked his origional paperwork, there was nothing in it stating that fact. He traded an 2007 mazda 3 that he purchased new special ordered, never wrecked. Although the three times he's been there to complain they showed him in THEIR paperwork, in the dead center of the stack, where he had initialed it, they never gave him a copy to read, and disguised it in the other paper work, I feel it was wrong and they owe him a truck for trade of the lie they sold him.
He has had to replace front brakes, door hinge, and now the motor mount, within one year of purchase. What can he do now? I feel he was frauded in the whole purchase deal and have since reported to the BBB.
