To begin with I do want to preface this evaluation by saying I operate a big car rental business. And so I have compassion for auto rental providers. It isn't simple. However many issues simply are not right, which is one of these.

I arranged a mid size vehicle for Dec. 14th through Dec. 27th using factors. I taken care of the rental entirely ahead of time. I'd hired out of this area before and so I was not expecting any issues. Nevertheless things went differently this time around.

To begin with after I turned up towards the table (having a coach saturated in others) there have been just two clerks in the table who have been sering people once we strolled in. This could be good except each worker was getting an exceptional period of time to maneuver points along. At this time I'm feeling sorry for that people still in-line behind me. It is merely horrible how sluggish this method is.

After I nicely introduced this up using the Rental Supervisor he explained the agreement might show $75/evening for that "update". I recall seeing $75/evening about the agreement, but as previously mentioned beforehand I believed which was the price, no extra charge. I actually donot remember seeing something that suggested I'd be billed one more $1000 upon return.

I had been overdue for my airplane (I had been actually the final to panel) and so I did not have time for you to examine the problem. Regardless of this the supervisor attempted to stress me to "negotiate" at that moment to anything significantly more than I decided to.
