We hired an automobile from Alamo online through expedia just before our journey. Whenever we got directly into Lihue, the woman within the parking lot improved us to some Dodge Charger in the compact we'd reserved. After I ripped up-to the cubicle to leave the ton, I allow the men within the cubicle realize that the cover decal was lacking along side dents and scores within the gates. He organized their factor that's 3 groups (one for glass, one for burn plus one for dent) and did anything and explained we were all set. The only path I understand this factor is around is basically because I stated these issues about the vehicle.

After I delivered the vehicle, I AGAIN described towards the lady concerning the absent decal and also the dents and advised her that I'd informed the men about the front-end. She explained "yes, you are all great." We continued our merry way. It was at midday. Mid afternoon 24 hours later, the supervisor of the Alamo area called me. In the end, he was contacting me about issues I'd stated for them BEFORE I ACTUALLY LEFT THEIR TON. And so I thought we were good-and I flew house the next day. I am not likely to lay, I thought I'd had really a great knowledge with Alamo. The folks were pleasant, the point shifted effectively plus they improved my vehicle. I returned and explained about this. Use Alamo, excellent cost along with a free update.

2 weeks later, I obtain a notice within the email requesting my insurance/cc data informing me that their Harm Restoration team have been informed that I'd broken or dropped an automobile. TRULY? The vehicle had blemishes, scores, dents - Actually it is cover logo was lacking and we are referring to a 2010. No old vehicle.

It Is too bad. What more are you able to do than explain issues towards the rental business when you're within the parking lot? Do I request A FRESH vehicle the next time?

I am thinking about the continuing future of this problem and certainly will post the outcomes. I'll telephone them Friday. I really hope they recognize this mistake and go away. Could keep you published.
