To start thats why that store is now a corporate store no longer a franchise store. Also they sold me a set of tempest touring tires for my car for over 330 bucks. I have had nothign but problems with these crappy tires. I even purchased the warranty and road service as they call it yet i had them less than a year. One tire has a busted sidewall belts so it loses air. I called them said ordered the new tire and said come down and we will take care of it. Well alright i thought finally a company that stands behind its product and its sales team. No i was wrong. They charged me 40 bucks to install the tire and to road service warranty the new one.
Well its been less than 3 months and guess what another tire is having the same problem so now im gonna be over 400 bucks into these crappy tires. I called big o. They had some guy named chuck from consumer relations call me he did his job but im not happy about it as he proceeded to tell me to go to the closest store they will warranty that tire as well. So im now out another 40 bucks. No im calling my attorneys. I could have gotten quality name brand tires for what im gonna be paying for these crappy tires that still look new
