On 4/24, I switched in a rent and rented a brand new Truck. I closed the rental contract on 4/24. On June 1st, I obtained a notice from T.D. Auto-Finance (previously Chrysler Financial) telling me that I owed $300 to get a 3-week rental charge. After I named them, they stated I switched within the vehicle on 5/12. After I named Golling, they sent me a duplicate of the purchase contract with my trademark scanned and electronically placed alongside a published day of 5/14.
I sent and named Golling Chrysler a large number of occasions. They simply wave their shoulders and state, "oh well, the linen has your digital signature." Our salesperson very Golling and it has been attempting to assist me, however they don't appear to treatment. Joe Elsasser may be the General Manager. He's been individually concerned and stands atop the mess chart.
