I to own had my difficulties with Chrysler. This past year, (09), many months before our lease-end we'd approached our seller to determine what our choices were (like we did not know) Your seller informed us that Chrysler was no further rental what exactly do you want to do? Therefore with this lease-end arising in a number of weeks and because we'd been with Chrysler for that lat 4 cars we chose to stick with Chrysler. We attempted for all weeks in order to buy an automobile from Chrysler and was informed repeatedly by our dealer "SORRY NOCANDO!" After several strikes about the credit (They attempted 9 occasions to obtain us an automobile), therefore we visited a outside (HONDA) plus they said not a problem. Our rent found a finish with no issues there ar at submit (we've usually obtained excellent care of the automobiles). Our issue started many weeks after submit of the automobile. We extended to obtain characters and calls regarding a RENT SUBMIT CHARGE. Once they delivered me a duplicate of the I'm not questioning this is within the agreement my dilema is we'd attempted again and again to buy an automobile through CHRYSLER. Two sellers weren't ready to get this done why might I be responsible for this when they were not able to assist me buy a vehicle after I've been already with CHRYSLER for that previous 4 automobiles, (ALMOST 11 YEARS).
I attempted to describe this towards the individual whom had continuously been calling me, I've also created characters to Chrysler but not individual has the capacity to clarify why I'd be responsible for this charge when they weren't ready to obtain me an automobile. How unfortunate that as a result of this I will probably not return to Chrysler after I am completed with this FORD. (whom incidentally had not a problem finding me automobile.)
