Complaint / Review
Chrysler Financial/Performance Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge
Disposition Fee

Our rent on my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee is visiting a finish on April 2. I had been thinking about obtaining another Truck, but Chrysler Financial ceased performing rents by July 1. Since I have just rent my vehicles, I went having a Nissan instead.

I simply made my last rent cost to Chrysler Economic to satisfy my agreement. Nevertheless, to my shock, I then found out that I still owe $425. I named Chrysler Economic to discover what this additional ‘fee’ was for. I had been informed that since I have didn’t rent or purchase another Chrysler, Truck or Dodge, I'd to pay for a $425 personality charge.

I mentioned that I understood nothing about that charge and questioned why the dealer never advised me before I closed the agreement. All-they mentioned was they were sorry that no body explained but when they informed everybody concerning the personality charge, they wouldn’t market any vehicles.

Then I had been informed that it had been my problem for not studying the agreement close enough. One man I talked with stated, “You mustn't rent vehicles frequently since every dealer/organization includes a temperament fee.” The Nissan that I simply rented is my sixth vehicle and that I HAVEN'T heard about or have I settled a personality charge! (FYI: I named Nissan, Toyota and Ford and NONE of those businesses possess a personality charge!)

Ultimately, I'll don't have any option but to pay for the $425 temperament charge because it was mentioned in a binding agreement, I closed it and that I WOn't allow it to affect my credit. Nevertheless, it's NOT likely to quit me from operating my mouth, allowing everybody learn about the questionable company training Chrysler Financial is doing! I understand I might just be one individual, but wordofmouth is effective and that I plan to advise as many folks when I may so that they don’t create exactly the same error I did so!
