Processing claim for lost package

I applied advantages to come back a JCPENNEY list purchase comprising a guyis vehicle layer charging $143.72. Advantages dropped the bundle, after which after I sent in most the paper-work required for that state, advantages, without informing me, chose to endure the claim for "insufficient unique bill." After I eventually named to discover why my state hadn't yet been prepared, I had been informed I had a need to send the "unique bill" for that product. The "unique bill, " obviously, was within the missing package. I sent advantages my JCPenneyis charge card statement displaying the price of them, but which wasnot adequate for advantages; they recommended that I discover some "comparable" item on the internet, send it to advantages, after which perhaps they might approach the claim, clearly simply anything to preserve me filled while they avoid spending the claim. Summarize: First they cost me $12.36 to deliver the package, they shed the package, they need faxes of delivery invoice, merchandise invoice, etc., then without informing me they endure the state since I did not send the "unique invoice" for that product, which we all know was within the missing package, they recommend I look for a image of comparable merchandise to fax... Meanwhile I'm making funds and being billed attention on the layer that never managed to get back again to Penneyis due to the mess of advantages. Appears like the only real loss listed here is me. NEVER, NEVER again am I going to use advantages.
