I made an order on 3/31/13: one LV bag and a LV clutch. When I got my package it happened that one item was missing - LV clutch. I contacted Sorefined customer service but I was told that they shipped both items, I got the package and sighed for it, so this is my responsibility to file a claim to UPS.
I called UPS and report a damaged package. UPS picked up the package from me, gave me a damaged package tag in April 26. Since then nothing has been solved. UPS needs a claim from the sender (Sorefined) because the sender has an acount with UPS and billed for the shipping, but Sorefined never called them and never initiated the claim. I has been calling and emailing Sorefined since I gave the packege to UPS once a week. Sorefined never answers my emails. I taked with Jane (Customer service representative Sorefined) over the phone asking her to file a claim to UPS. She tells that customer service is not responsible for UPS claims, she will let the warehouse know about it and they will contact UPS and me. BUT Sorefined never called UPS and never contacted me. The package is in UPS now. They can not give it back to me or make investigation without the claim from Sorefined. I lost my money, SOrefined does not do anything for me get my order.
