On or about NOV 22 i purchased a 2012 challenger from a dodge dealer patchogue long island. On dec 3 i brought the car in to the service dept at westbury dodge dealer because it is close to my home. The reason was to change the oil and check a service light on my dash about my air bag. I got in line with the other cars to get service and waited about 30 min just to talk to a service advisor. When i did i told him my problems and ask him as a joke will i be here for 3 hours. He said a least that. Then i said as a bigger joke will my car be looked at at all today he said he did not know. At this point i was so mad at the poor service and the lack of knowlege of this person that i told him to take my car out of the line and i was going to file a complaint with someone and i decided on this web site. THIS service dept was the worse i ever saw. I allway buy hondas and take to the service dept and NEVER get treated like this. I will never bring my car there again and i hope you dont too. I think in the future i stick to only buying HONDAS. This is one of the reasons i neverrrr buy american cars.
