Worst ride ever.
The delivery was last second and barely arrived on time for the surgical appointment.
Then when we called back for pickup we were told "be there in 20 to 25 minutes" 50 minutes later they finally arrived.
Nada the driving trainer mentioned she was with the company about 2 weeks (and she's already training some guy who can't even disengage the parking break?!?)
anyway they drove to within half a mile of our home then turned away and took me and my mother, who just had eye surgery, for a 2 mile looping detour through pothole and speed bump filled brick back streets getting farther and further away from our house to pick up another rider and proceeded to take her (and us) another 7 miles in the opposite direction of home.
Well that was it. We demanded they stop right there and got out before they could hijack us out of the city limits and caught public transit bus home.
These people were the worst, most unprofessional and disorganized bunch of chimpanzees I've ever had the misfortune to get a ride from.
I would not pay them to drive me nuts, let alone to another medical appointment.
