I bought a pre owned automobile in the dealer. There have been several difficulties with the vehicle such as the battery. I had been informed the battery was still underneath the unique guarantee and could be changed by BWM of fairfax. I recently had my vehicle maintained and was informed that there is an after-market battery mounted consequently creating issues with some repairs being lined. I named my salesman simply to confirm what battery was mounted and in the place of addressing have now been provided the runaround showing they have no documents, that it generally does not matter which merely I required a brand new battery, it had been changed also it doesn't matter what manufacturer it's which their responsibility was around after I bought the vehicle. This is actually the next vehicle that I Have bought from their store which is unpleasant and frustrating they might run in this way. I had been ignored and informed they went far above the things they had a need to plus they hung-up on me.in my opinion I'm owed an OEM battery since that is what was guaranteed and never shipped. Additionally, the possible lack of customer support and possession of the purchase is very discouraging and that I wouldn't need other people to see it.
