A person named Peggy asking me to do assignments for Phillips-Conoco or 76 gas stations in the area. I did the research and had 28 pages of documentation for each service station. I also was require

I was assigned to multiple gas stations. I had to take 11 pictures plus 1 for each thing I saw wrong at the gas station. I was told I had duplicate pictures and they could not read the signs on the front door. First they gave me one assignment number that was not one of mine and also a bad date on their email. I responded to that one, but it was the wrong one. I went back into my on line filings and found that one assignment was missing a picture for a front door and had not been submitted. This was a totally different assignment than the one they were talking about. I corrected it and they accused me of making duplicate pictures. I sent them more pictures and they said the assignments were invalidated. Later on they said they could not trust my assignments even with corrections and to stop sending them pictures. They wanted to know what I would do in the future to not make mistakes. I emailed them that I would do one assignment at a time and wait for them to approve it. They blocked me from getting future assignments and would make a future decision as to if they would open it back up for me. I had some more assignments sitting in my account that are not done and are for next month. I have not cancelled them. You would think that if they did not want me to do assignments for them that they would have cancelled them for me.??? Also they have a blue side and a purple side. I am also still allowed to use the purple side, but not the blue side, except for the assignments on the blue side which have not been cancelled.

The thing of it is most of these assignments pay less that minnimum wage, and you have to have your own money upfront to shop with. They do reimburse you and give you the fee and they do pay you.

On the purple side which is mostly merchandising, you go into stores and put sale stickers or covertly do price checks. These are very time consuming and very low paid.

The calls made to me by Peggy were much bigger paying jobs, and I had 7 or 8 of them assigned to me. The big dollar ones are the ones that they complain about and don't want to pay.
