I just moved to the area and found some good reviews on this shop so I called and spoke to Sevan Garabedian regarding a problem with my Mercedes. He was rude but seemed to know what he what he was talking about.
He told me over the phone that it would cost $75 to inspect the car and that it would be credited towards the repairs, whenever I decide to do that.
I showed up at the shop and the front was empty so I walked back and met Sevan Garabedian, he was unfriendly but went ahead with the inspection. After the inspection he told me what he needed to do which was suspicious so I told him that I will think about it.
Before I was leaving I asked him that the $75 is a credit towards the repairs? He became obnoxious and said no, that the inspection took up his time so it was a separate charge, I reminded him as to what he told me over the phone, and he denied that statement.
I never went back and I would not recommend anyone to that shop.
