Driver berated me for multiple things. Immediately saw that I flagged down a Yellow Cab that wasn't him and yelled at me the entire way. Even though I shared with him that if I catch a cab that is not the one called to pick me up I ask the driver to tell the dispatcher. This meant nothing to him. The screaming continued. He spoke Chinese as his first language and it was extremely difficult to understand him. He didn't know where he was going even though I gave the cross streets and actual address. When he went the opposite direction he would argue that I was telling him to go the wrong way. Absolutely insane and horrible experience.
