Tungsten carbide inserts from Hong Kong, 46 pieces missing

To whomsoever it may concern,

FedEx consignment number: 876365699585

I received a consignment from Hong Kong, "Tungsten carbide insert," and I would like to bring the following to the management's attention.

1) I was informed that the consignment was held by customs in Mumbai. However, it was cleared by paying duty without my information or approval. The consignment was opened for valuation, again without my information or authorization.

2) Upon receiving the delivery, I found that the package contained only 1,104 pcs, whereas the package was meant to contain 1,150 pcs. There are 46 pcs short in the package.

3) There is no receipt for the payment made to the Customs department in Mumbai.
