I received a consignment from Hong Kong "Tungsten carbide insert" and I would like to bring the following to the management's attention.
1) I was informed: the consignment was held by customs in Mumbai. But the same was cleared by paying duty with out my information or approval. The consignment was opened for valuation, again with out information or authorization.
2) Up on receiving the delivery it was found that the package contain only 1,104 pcs. Whereas the package is for 1,150 pcs. There are 46 pcs short in the package.
3) There is no receipt for the payment made to Customs department in Mumbai.
