I got my vehicle in to the support department having a specific criticism to possess it looked over. Support employee had me signal type so when I named to discover that which was happening with my vehicle, I had been informed support employee would contact me back. Three hours later he calls back and claims its likely to price $1100 to repair plus they would need to purchase components and that I would need to spend whole quantity in advance. I needed my vehicle for that weekend and stated I'd return to him. After I visited get my vehicle, I had been billed $190 for them taking a look at it. I requested the cashier what's that for and he or she claims "you closed it"... No body described I had been likely to be billed $190 for them taking a look at it! I'm on impairment and that I create $1100 per month, that will be what it had been likely to try repair. I looked over the estimation after I got home and you will find components on the website that I actually donot require and wasn't informed about and $650 was for work only. I'm really annoyed!!! I've usually possessed a chrysler which may be the very first time I had been handled so poor and certainly will never return again!
