I simply got off the telephone with Dean Smith of Effective Airfreight. I had been delivered to him following a payment challenge that my charge card was overcharged. He was vulgar and violent in my experience about the telephone contacting me a "c*t and yelling at me informing me I'd not be getting any kind of reimbursement for that over-charging that happened on my charge card. He explained I had been a * * after which hung-up on me. I'd not suggest that anybody make use of this organization. I called back and spoke to his partner Diana and he or she wasn't as violent about the telephone but these people are liars and secrets.
