Nowadays my buddy revcieved a telephone call from Smith, Dean & Assoc. And told him that I (his sibling) had a poor check-out for $117 plus some unusual pennies of course if it wasnt paid I'd be billed having a 1st degree felony. After I approached them-they wouldn't provide me-any info except they had a check right before them from my previous lender to get a computer that returned. To begin with I've never published a check from my lender, and also the bank bill these were referring to was shut 24 months ago. Following a few hang-UPS on my part as well as their component, i named my previous lender. They explained my lender was obvious and that I had been cheated and also to try to get just as much info from their store so that they might be documented.
