Arcadia Finance has been on my report since 1999. They won't die!
I have been denied credit so many times I'm sick.in 2000 I/We were forced to file BK-7 because I was layed off at work.included in the filing was an Arcadia Finance Account for an automobile.in runing my credit the Arcadia account is still open and showing past due. Experian says they have researched this item and agree that their research is correct. Arcadia Finance is not in the local phone book not even in business as Arcadia yet I/We are being denied good credit because of bad reporting on the part of the 3 major credit bureau's. I have furnished all of the documentation from the BK, but it hasn't done any good either.
What do I/We have to do to get rid of this pimple on our back
