Delivered car at end of rent. Had it examined fourteen days earlier at nearby Lexus dealer and was informed it had been worth atleast $5000 significantly more than what it had been agreed to purchase down. Since I have desired to decrease my obligations (completely handicapped this past year) I settled rent off early - almost a year early, delivered vehicle with almost 10,000 significantly less than decided. After I switched in-vehicle, I had been informed I'd get a notice if something was owed for deterioration. Aside from a few small scores (significantly less than 1-inch), vehicle was ideal. Well, a couple weeks later, I obtained a notice declaring I owed over $2,500 in "extra" problems and deterioration. I've not compensated, cannot afford to. What do I actually do? Rent wasn't designed to finish until May next year.
