NTB in New Martinsville WV has horrible office personel. When they got rid of the previous office personel, they lost a lot of customers. I for one will never go back and I have been going there for years!!! No one in my family will either. So rude to me on the phone. I called the one in Moundsville WV and the guy there was very helpful and went above and beyond to help. New Martinsville WV NTB Sucks!!!
