Repair Issues - An improper or inferior repair
Problem:
Once i had a problem they gave me the usual Run around thinking i will just go away. I decided to use them because they are a local company for us. I actually told someone else about them when they were doing my engine and this person also had a problem with them also. We brought a DT466 engine in to be rebuilt. Since we have put in engine from day 1 we have had problems. 1st problem to much smoke at open throttle, 2nd problem engine makes hard ticking noise on higher RPMS, 3rd problem was and was fixed by someone else already clip missing from wastegate which caused no power, brought to dealer cost me $ 800 to find problem. 4th they said they tested injectors and charged me $434.00 and i brought to dealer and they said injectors are going bad. I paid these guys $6,124.24 for a bad rebuild job on our engine. We also found bad communication error on computer. We had no communication errors on engine when we brought it in. We think they damaged parts like the sensor was broken in pieces. BEWARE STAY AWAY, im bringing them to small claims court
