Refusing to process claim, and pressuring us to go with our insurance, when their client is at fault

This company is horrible. They are antagonistic and pressure you to go away and file with your own insurance even though they are responsible. They want to take clients money and then pay nothing out! They want us to go to our insurance but we will then have to pay our deductible and our insurance will then have to fight them to get our deductible back to us, which probably will never happen! What a scamming company they are. We are activily searching now for an auto accident lawyer.
