This company handled an auto insurance claim and never told the client they had a deductible. After we started repairs and the client had a check for the full amount of the original estimate we submitted a supplement for hidden damage to the vehicle. Mosher approved the full amount of the supplement and said they would mail a check for the balance. A full week after the repairs were completed and the customer had picked up their vehicle
Mosher called and said they just realised the customer had a five hundred dollar deductible. They said they were only paying the supplement minus the deductible and it was up to me to get the money from their client. They stated it was our fault for not knowing she had a deductible. LIKE WE HAVE THEIR CLIENT DATABASE! After talking to the owner who admitted that it was their fault they still refused to pay. If you are a repair facility do not do business with this company!
