Ripoff breach of warranty contract car not fixed

In October my torque converter on my 1998 Ford Contour died. I had AAMCO come tow the car to their shop. I ONLY chose them because they are a nationwide company, and being military, we need a nationwide company with warranty.

Well, they replaced the torque converter and rebuilt the transmission. Total cost $3,012. When my husband came home from his deployment, he noticed the car was leaking tranny fluid. We took it back to AAMCO since I had gotten the lifetime warranty, and they claimed they fixed it. Well, a month later, we notice it was STILL leaking tranny fluid. We took it back, they claimed they fixed it again. Well, it is now April and we've had the car taken back 5 times for the same leak, which STILL isn't repaired.

Why isn't it done? Well, because when I took the car back this last time, March 29, I was told they would get it taken care that day. I called AAMCO that evening to find out if my car was done, the manager, Doug, said no because they got so backed up from the weekend repairs. They said they would do it on Tuesday, March 30. I said ok, no problem. Well, Tuesday morning I also decided to email AAMCO hq about the problems. I told them if they didn't fix my car THIS time, I was demanding my money back because I am tired of brining my car back constantly to them.

I called the local AAMCO around 4pm to find out about my car. Doug said they hadn't gotten to the car, and he doesn't know when MY car would be ready since he had just gotten a call from the home office. I told him I needed my car back. He said "Well, if you want your car fixed, you'll wait. What else are you going to do?" I said I can always take it to another AAMCO." He then very rudely says "Well why don't you do that then." and hung up on me. We went and got my car before they could "do" anything to it.

I called AAMCO hq that night, left a voice message saying what happened. I got a hold of my customer service rep the next morning, I told her what happened. She couldn't believe it and said she'd call him. I never heard back from her. Since then, I have called and was told she was on another line and would call me back or was at lunch and would call me back. It's been exactly a week now, and I have yet to receive a call of ANY type from AAMCO.

I called back this morning and left a nice message, no, I wasn't rude at all, but cleary stated that if I didn't receive a call back from her TODAY, that I was filing suit tomorrow. So will see what happens.
