I took my car to Anderson AAMCO on March 4th because my transmission was not going into 2nd properly. The guy said he would look at it and call me and let me know what was wrong. So i said okay well i never heard anything from them so i called on March 6th to ask him and Chris told me to call back Tuesday that he was ordering my parts so i did I called that Tuesday and Chris informed me that they couldn't service my car because they changed there name of there business and that it would VOID my warrenty so i said okay well what am i going to do and he suggested i take it to Greenville AAMCO, that they can service my car because the warrenty is under AAMCO, well we took it to Gville AAMCO on March 11th and when we got there we were looking at the warrenty papers and realized that my warrenty expired on March 7th while my car was still sitting in Anderson AAMCO"s parking lot with nothing done to it, So David said he would have to call Home Office and get Permission to fix my transmission so we sat around for 3 hour's waiting on someone to call us back and no one ever called so we left David said he would call us as soon as he heard something. So a couple days went by and David still has not called me so i called and he said he still has not talked to anyone at Home Office so he gave me the number to call and i did and left a message with a lady and she called David that day and he explained to her what was going on and they gave him the OKAY to fix my car, David has promised to call and let me know what's going on with my car and he NEVER calls and when i call or my husband calls he is not nice. He has hung up on my husband before. He promised 5 different times that my car would be fixed and he has an excuse everytime on why it hasn't been fixed.
It's April 27th now it's been 57days theyve had my car, My husband and his dad drove up to Gville this morning only to find out that David was lying this whole time all he told my husband was that Sabrinia from home office is the one holding him up i just don't understand why he couldn't tell us that, So now i have to call Home Office yet again to find out why he says she hasn't givin him permission when he told me 5 weeks ago that he had permission when i threatened him with a laywer, my transmission has still not been touched it's out of my car, But still not taken apart he promised i would have my car when his new builder started workin on Monday April 20th, he said i would have my car April 24th wish for thinking... I would not tell anyone to go to this shop for any reason.
