I have had nothing but trouble since I opened this account in December. My payoffs are increasing instead of decreasing. My principal balance is $700.00 more than it should be. I ordered a payoff in October and once again this month and it is higher than before. What kind of crap is that!!! They also have been reporting to Equifax the wrong information, this is an every month situation and I have to have the credit bureau correct it every month. Customer service reps are so clueless and the worst. I have called the CEO twice. Not much help there either. If anyone else is having problems with this company I would suggest going to www.bigclassaction.com and registering your complaint.
