Purchased an SUV in July. Took it back a week later for repairs. The manager of the store asked one of the dealers to ride with me to see what I was talking about. Upon driving my car and experiencing the idling and the noise the car was making the dealer agreed with me that there was a problem. Once we returned to the dealership he flipped his story and I'm back at square one.
The vehicle supposedly has a two year warranty. I was told to take it to my repairman and they would reimburse me. However I took it to another GMC dealer for a diagnostics test which I paid for out of pocket. They took the report and kept my car for 4 days. When the car was returned only 2 out of the 5 problems had been rectified.
I have been calling at least twice a week for the otther repairs, but to no avail. I keep getting the run around.
On top of that when they took the vehicle for repair someone broke the remote key chain and I've been waiting over two weeks for a replacement that was promised to me. Everytime I go to enter the car the alarm goes off and I have to stick my key in the ignition immediately.
