Oil change at Walmart and some genius left the oil cap sitting on the engine block. Oil all over inside the engine and hood and bad smell as well. Car now at dealership being cleaned for $240 as car wash manager said only trust dealership because car wash would just powerwash it and unseal something that should stay sealed and I'd end up with bigger problems. Walmart service manager has to file claim for anything over $200 and it will take 2 weeks for them to respond. He's no longer taking my calls to even file a claim. I'm going there today after work and see him and store manager. It might end up in lawyers hands but Walmart will reimburse me for this and I might even stage a protest outside the store. Sorry for mechanics that work there on minimum wage but still should do worthy job.
