My son bought american travellers cheques for a trip to Tanzania. He is from South Africa. There his cheques were stolen and he phoned me immediately (he calles collect because at that stage he was very short on money) and I immediately reported it.
After a lot of phoning and correspondence they refuse to replace the cheques and what ia more they are accusing him of all sort of things. Please help, he desparately needs the money.
