Ford works rebate is a scam. First you think this is great, the unknowing dealership service advisor recommends their customers file online for the $10.00 rebate. Sounds great, you complete the form and enter all the required information. I receieved my confirmation and tracking number qf435322 on april 4. On april 18 here comes the standard rejection form alleging they are "unable to march the information provied with our records". They now need more information and now they need you to scan them additional information.

Sounds good until you receive their official letter sent via us postal saying opps the rebate is closed and FORD an no longer afford to provide you with the $10.00 rebate they offered you while hving your 2008 Ford Expedition EL serviced at a Ford dealership. I called to dispute and of course they blame it on the dealer. Must have entered the vin improperly. Ford does not require a full 17 digit vin to locate a vehicle.

Appears that Ford and their full-fillment company in Redford, MI (ford spinoff) is trying to enhance their bottomline by ripping off the very customers who purchase their vehicles and try to maintain them and support the company and their dealerships. They truly think that ripping their loyal customers off will go unnoticed as we all have many things going on in our lives.

Not this customer, their ripoff will cost them more. As much as i love my ford expedition and edge limited these will be our last ford vehicles. We will still be loyal to the us auto mfgs, but perhaps gm or chrysler might look better in my garage. You wouldn't think $10.00 would make me this mad, but when you see how many folks the good folks are ford are ripping off it is time to take a stand.

Ford and their executive team apparently need to ripoff their customers. It wasnt too log ago that top executive mark fields was costing the company 40k a week on his private flights to and from his florida home. Once Detroit channel 4 made it prublic he started to fly commercialweekly. Mark apparently does not like to drive or want to live in michigan. This was all during this tought recession and mark was performing weekly webcasts to their employees asking them to take cuts in salarly and benefits.

It is not the ford dealerships ripping off the customer but ford motor company.
