I purchsaed a new concession trailer though them for over $48,000.00 It was not engineered at all and had three times the tongue weight that is safe. They refuse to do anything to even try to rectify the issue. Now they are only trying to attack my character rather then keep it professional. They are having the same issues and otehrs with at least two other trailers built around the same time as mine. I ahve since foundout that the owner doe snot know how to do any of the work himslef and depends on part ime employees to build these. He has gone through a few and refuses to back the work his company has done. He has no business being in this business at all. The prodcut looks good but we have had mechanical issues since day on. We have had it being worked on to fix things more then it has been able to be used. I have already purchased another trailer from another bulder and am trying to get the issue worked out with West Coast Concession traielrs but they to date refuse to do anything. I am going to have to pay to have the interior redesigned, re built and engineered properly to make ti safe and usable.
