A problem occured that never happened before that they would not fix

I bought tires in October. They were an aggressive design light truck tire. They offered me an all-wheel alignment at a deal because I was buying new tires. I did not need the alignment because I did not have an alignment problem, but I figured because I was getting a deal, I would go ahead and get one.
About six months later I noticed that my truck starting shaking. I inspected and noticed that the inside front tires were choppy and worn pretty bad. I returned to the location and asked if they could check my alignment. After waiting almost two hours, two guys came out and looked at my truck. One checked the air pressure and said it was good. The other proceeded to tell me that because the inside of my tire was choppy I needed to replace the shock absorbers. I asked him even though it was choppy, shouldnt it be choppy all across the tread and not just on the inside and he once again replied to me that they were worn because of the bad shock absorbers. Ill remind you that I never had a problem with my cheaper, older tires. So I left the location.
I bought the shock absorbers and replaced them. At the time, I had the front tires moved to the rear and the rear tires moved to the front so that I could smooth my ride a little bit. A few months later the same symptoms starting showing again. I inspected the front tires again and noticed they were doing the same as before and wearing out on the inside.
I returned to the location and once again asked that the alignment be checked. The technician came out and said that the front tires were now wearing out because I did not rotate them from side to side. He said that it was because I had too many miles before rotating them. I informed him that I did rotate them from front to back. He said that didnt help. He also said that because the tires were more of an aggressive tread, if I dont take the truck off road, they arent that good to me. I told him my previous tires had more of an off road tread than these and I never had that problem and they were cheaper. There was no response. I also told him why is it that after I fixed the part that supposedly had caused the problem before and now I had the same problem again. He said it was because all of the tires were rolling in the same direction and the only thing he could do was rotate the tires from side to side to take the bite out of them.
I proceeded to tell him that I wasted my money on buying tires from them that are worn after only ten months. I bought cheaper tires for my other truck and they have no issues at all and I feel like I shouldve done the same with this truck. I only went to this location because it was close. I couldve went somewhere else and bought cheaper tires and received better results. They rotated the tires and the issue is just as bad. And the alignment was never checked. You dont have to be a tire specialist to realize when you are being given the run around.
All they offered me was a deduction on new tires for a mileage warranty. I have no problem with that, but if they would have been checked four or five months ago like I asked this situation probably wouldn't exist. I never needed an alignment, but since I received one and the issue was related to the alignment, this is what happened.

Also, when I went to this location the second time, I noticed another customer in the parking lot yelling at the attendants and I was standing inside the store with an out of town customer who wasnt happy about his service.
Just want to say to everyone, be careful and do your research before you get work done on your car. I used to work on race cars, so I understand how car alignment's work. They didn't know that so I guess they assumed they were talking to someone who didn't know any better.

To everyone, be careful!!!
