This particular car insurance company is extremlely deceptive and VERY difficult to deal with.in September I was involved in a car accident with an individual who was insured by this company. He lost in arbitration, (100% in my favor), and yet they refuse to pay the insureds policy limit to me. He totaled my vehicle and caused injuries that required surgery and also created hardships in my life because of destroying my vehicle. This company REFUSES to pay. Does not negotiate, does not negotiate in good faith, stone walls, postpones and plays games. Do not deal with these people.
