Inc. Ripoff — charge people 34.9% interest without explaining people aren't aware not helped but taken advantage of

A family member went to purchase a vehicle. He was young and never purchased anything before and had never had credit. They took full advantage of his ignorance of the situation, having him sign papers not telling him he would be paying back 34.9% interest. He never even knew there was any finance charge because he wasn't told. He was just thrown papers and told to sign.

When confronted about the matter later, they said well he already signed. They were very unwilling to offer a reasonable finance charge. They tend to prey on the hispanic population even though they have a Santos there to translate for them, he fails to remember mentioning the 34.9 percent finance charge over the duration of the loan. This to me is outright thievery.
