Marina Dodge, Mitsubishi, Jeep, and Chrysler Sold a lemon, failed to close the hood on my van causing physical damage and not taking care of their custome

I definitely DO NOT recommend Marina Auto Group to anyone!!! Purchasing a used vehicle has been a horror!!! They were negligent to the point where they didn't close my hood, so when I got on the expressway (104) the hood flew up and crashed my windshield. This happened WITH my family in the van!!! (My three year old is still traumatized about it!!!) When I attempted to take my van in to get it serviced, my son always says, "mommy, they broke your car and made you cry."

Head gaskets and tire rods don't go bad in four months! (October February.) And now they say that my van is leaking fuel vapors! How safe is that? I've purchased my fair share of cars and this is the worst experience ever!

It seems as if everytime that someone in that service facility goes under my hood, something else comes up wrong with my van. When they worked on the head gasket, my air conditioning didnt work anymore but when i approached them with it, they told me that i would have to pay $99 diagnostic fee and $150 to recharge my a/c.

When they repaired my van from the hood incident, they half did it. My windsheild wipers get stuck on the side of the windshield. (The windshield is lifted on the driver side). The seal along the top of the windshield is coming up also.

When they repaired the tire rods, the panel on the front wheel well wasnt replaced properly so it flapped up against my tire and wore it down quite a bit.

When I decided to go on FaceBook rampage and post my experience on their page, they called me less than 30 minutes after my initial post. I was contact by a salesman who advised me and the individual on the loan to come in and pick out another vehicle. When we get to the dealership on Friday, 7/22, its a whole different story. The person who contacted me was an hour late, and the story changed. They wanted to get another loan started instead of transferring the loan to the new vehicle as Shane Pitts stated to me via telephone on thursday, 7/21.

Today, the story has changed once again and they're telling me that they are looking into getting all of the repairs fixed. I'm terribly tired of going around in circles with these people, and something needs to be done about their lies and poor service!
