This is actually the second-time in 8 weeks I've experimented with hire at Thrifty at Midway Airport in Detroit plus they are inexperienced, rude and disrespectful. They might care less about you or your requirements. I reserved a complete sized vehicle over per month ahead of time so when I turned up they attempted to place me in a little Ford Escape. I'd 6 individuals and a lot of baggage and required a vehicle. I strolled to Avis and was handled just like a master. They discovered a Suburban, washed it up in fifteen minutes, visited check up on it, and also the supervisor was there after I experienced it to ensure I had been looked after. There is really no cause to provide Thrifty all of your company. The employees behave like Detroit mafia or Marriage employees who can not be eliminated. Fire all of them and begin over!!!
