Our company friend and that I were held waiting to get our reserved vehicle in the Omaha Thrifty Car Rental table in Eppley Airfield final on January 26. The table person apologized for the lengthy delay and stated he'd place us in a much better vehicle as payment for the trouble. Upon returning the vehicle two nights later, I came across he had billed us a $38/ evening update charge on our everyday price of $44. He'd never informed us something about an update charge. I talked towards the boss of the Thrifty procedure by phone, but he was completely unsympathetic, experienced no-obligation to get rid of the costs or even to examine the conduct of his desk employees. I'll never hire from Thrifty again and that I need anybody who says this story of woe to complete exactly the same.
