The worst place ever... Not advisable to purchase from liars and cheats. It took 1 week to finalize the deal and Sales Manager advised me to differ my current vehicle payment, because I have a grace period and time to finish this purchase, after changing cars on me three times-saying "Oh Yeah, the car's yours and we'll save in the back for you.

The next day - Oh I'm sorry the boss said, I had to sell it and tried to put me in a car I didn't want, then show me another car, just to tell me that one doesn't qualify for the loan. Then the next day tell me they have a better car, but need to put more down on it and said their wasn't anything wrong with it. (Window Sticker says As-Is and I should have insisted my mechanic check it out)

I confirmed the buying price with them and my current vehicle pay off and the down payment, got the money went to finish the deal only to be told, the bank required more (which was a false-they just wanted more out of me, but I didn't know it at the time and had a gut feeling) and they would carry the difference in payments.By this time the stock we had cashed drop $ 400.00 because of this crap and game playing.By this time my back was against the wall and current my payment was due or buy another car? Humm what to do? As I start seeing him pull out the paper work, he tells me the interest rate went up and my monthly payment will be higher, at this point I was very - very upset. I got up, left and said youll be paying for my loss in stock and be hearing from my attorney.

A short time later; he calls me back and says he got the payment lowered, then we went back & forth over $ 50 above what I want to pay. So, the Wife & I went back there to pick the car up later that day, which was so posed to have been cleaned when my wife noted grease marks and shoe stuffs inside and I found it filthy again, after the lot guy said he cleaned it, then I watched them fire an employee (But wait-there's a sign on the front grass says looking for salesmen?)

I gave them the down payment, after being screwed $ 2,000.00 out of my trade, which the trade value apprised at, that much higher elsewhere at two other places (They just didnt have the car I was looking for) lost $ 400.00 and had to come up with the deficit and was told the interest rate had gone up 3% more than I was currently paying at 6% (they & I knew in advance what my fico was) which meant the money payment did too. They asked me for another check, after we had a differed payment (promissory note) agreement, so they can show the back I paid in full? By this time - its personnel, not business. I wasnt even thinking clearly anymore and was seeing RED and I just wanted to get out of there and be done with it. I left with chest pain, dirty car and mad.

But wait it gets better; Once the bank called me to confirm the information and some of those down payment checks were cashed. I returned to pick up that that was to be held with them, because I didnt trust them (fronting-bogus - check) was sent to their other office and it took two attempts to get it. Three weeks later, I get a call that they under estimated the DMV fees and I owned $ 8.00. Three days later I get a letter in the mail, that the payoff on the trade in was also undervalued (Or simply they were 1 1/2 weeks late in sending it from the time they took possession) and I owe $ 31.00 more, see my contract? PS: Transmission may be slipping and rear tail light went out one week after getting it. Ohmy truck trade in that I was screwed on, they gave me $12K and theyre showing it for sale at $ 18,999 -Siry Stock Number # S4912
