With only 8500 miles on a new set of tires it was time to replace what was supposed to be a 60,000 mile tire. The companies dealer in Warwick, RI measured the tire to be. 4 tread depth. The garage that had looked at the tires the week before, said they could not pass the tires for the states inspection.
The company, when called on their 800# responded that the gauranty would only be honered when the tread reached. 2 in measurement. I was allowed to leave on the bad tires, no telling what would happen. They did not even care when I said that, "I could have an accident with the shape the tires where in and have one #$% of a lawsuit" their response, "sir we will replace the tires when you reach the. 2 measurement which should be in 10,000 miles or so."
How can I drive a car without an inspection sticker? Everybody just drop this company for good, save your life and those of you loved ones. Safety, above all else.
