I called to rent a car on Sat. Am was told their office called at noon. I was following the address directions and had passed all the landmarks given, called their office back and was told by Will that I may as well turn around and go home because that office would close Promptly at noon. It was 11:40 then, I told him I had passed all the landmarks given and felt I must be very near, again he told me I probably would not have time to complete the paperwork etc before noon. The person riding in the car with me said I see their office it's across the road, I informed Will I would be right there. When I arrived I spoke to the manager J.N. About this I told him I did not appreciate being told to turn around and go home and he said he was sorry but today he needed to leave a little earlier than usual to pick his kids up, I also need to pick the car up because without it I had no means of transporation. They tried to call my cell and said my line was always busy etc. So they came to my home and left a message with my employee that unless I brought their car back immediatley they would call the Police and report the vechile stolen! Who leaves a message like that with someone who isn't the renter of the vechile? I thought this was purely wrong and very unprofessional the exact thing I saw all along.

Enterprise is a great company with good prices and excellent value. I have always used them when ever, in several states and never any problem, I know this is a LOCATION problem and not a company wide issue, as soon as upper management deals with some of the current employees this location will probably be good.
