I had my car serviced for a front alignment. During my personal spring inspection and repainting of winter rust which accumulated, I noticed that one of my pins had been broken off for the camber adjustments along with the adjusters being bent. When I called the service department I was informed to take it in for re-inspection. After they looked at it the tried to tell me their mechanic could not have did this and he had been working there for several years. I was also told my frame was bent. The vehicle was purchased new and had never been in an accident. We are talking about a $50,000 vehicle not a rusted out piece of crap. I took the vehicle to the dealership where they corrected all of the problems for an undisclosed expense to me. There was no damage to the frame and all repairs were done with satisfaction from the dealership.
I would not suggest having anything done mechanically with your vehicle at Defer... They might be able to change tires & do oil changes but the alignments will cost you more in the end than its worth.
