I took my 1998 Oldsmobile Bravada, wrecck and damaged truck t o Mr. Eddie Johnson, Johnson & Son Repair & body shop to be repaired. I was informed by Mr. Eddie Johnson that I had to make a payment of $300.00 down as a cash deposit for purchasing of parts to do the repairs I was given a receipt for the $300.00 cash. Mr. Eddie Johnson, gave me a receipt of my bill in the amount of $2,033.37 which was my total expense of the repairs and laboring. I informed Mr. Johnson that I was in a rental car, and I needed to know how long it take him to complete my truck. Mr. Johnson stated to me that it would only take him 3 business working days to complete the repairs on my truck.

On Friday, July 8 th I pick up my truck and paid the balance of $1700 I check # 4239 was paid to Mr. Eddie L. Johnson. Due to delay of repairs on my truck, it cost me additional rental time and expenses that was not planned. I were given several different invoices and estimate receipts that the date does not match nor can be used to complete the state required salvage title form. These dates of receipts and invoices are unexplained. Upon my arrival to get to the shop before closing, I was informed by Mr. Johnson that I could pick up my truck, however, he stated that there needed to be some additional adjustments needed to be done to my truck. He also stated that he needed the remaining amount of $1700 before I could get my truck. I was informed to bring my truck back on Saturday the next day. I went back as I was informed but the shop wasn't open and I wasn't able to reach him by phone. Left several messages and he didn't return my calls. I was very dissatified with the services and repairs that he displayed to me.

Mr. Larry Johnson finally returned my phone call on July 25th, 15 days later. He called and threaten to take legal action against me, so therefore I'm only protecting my right a s a consumer. After Mr. Johnson refused to respond to my messages, I contacted another shop, Parker's Body Repair Shop to correct all the necessary body repairs.
