When I went into the Nissan of Montclair I wanted to buy a used car and told them I could only afford about $150. A month in payments. I have reported this elsewhere. After five or six hours the talked me into a new car. As time went by I discovered they had forged the amount of money I made every month, but also perjured themselves on documents. I stopped payment on my $1,000 check because of unconscionable contract and we are still in court over that.
I will be contacting the media, and reporting them to the Attorney General's Office and Consumer Affairs. They unlawfully reposed my car, and they took my Handicap Placard and Parking Permit for my apartment building.
I am 70 years old, and now still have no car.
