Something between bad and terrible customer service.
And if your problem is handled by maykeya thompson—good luck! I will liken the experience to a downward sucking whirlpool of circuitous wordy b.S. Rivaled only by clinton's sex speech, you know the one—"i did not have sex..."

Maykeya and vitacost will not take ownership of the problem. They use the term service disruption over and over again. Like some catch all mysterious circumstance that is just a matter of fact in the vitamin buying business every day experience.
In my case (and i suspect a lot of the other non-delivered unlucky), the auto fill portion of the "deliver to" zipcode is instantly changed to the numbers the vitacost computer program choices—no matter what you enter as the last 4 digits. Try a few and you will see.in that case the goods are returned to the nearest vitacost warehouse. That's where maykeya comes in... About a month or so latter, to let you know there's been a "service disruption" in my case she made it clear it was some how something i did not vitacost. It took 11 emails and several phone calls with makeya to even get a half an apology.

Beware of this problem and lack of interest from makeya and vitacost to make things right or even acknowledge that there's a distribution and order program field glitch! It just aint gonna happen.

Still waiting for my stuff and a refund...
