Had a great experience at the Danvers, MA Store. Sales associated was very helpful looking for a pair of Columbia ski pants for my daughter which were on sale. They didn't have any in stock, but she offered to look online for me, and it just so happened they had one pair left! She put the order in for me and I was on my way!
