Complaint / review text:
Purchased vehicle for my pregnant wife and dealer stated car was in exceptional condition. The next day, the vehicles air bag light came on and would not go off. Took the vehicle to a mechanic and stated the air bag impact sensor was broken which would result in the air bag not deploying in an accident. Also the passenger seat belt was missing which is another safety concern. Mechanic than stated these issues were a problem prior to my purchase of the vehicle. I spoke with Exclusive Motors regarding these issues and they stated they would call me back to address this. They never did. I continued calling them and finally they took my call. They than told me they already knew about the defective air bag and the missing seat belt and stated that it was my fault for not getting it inspected before my purchase.
