Limewire charged my card 2x even though the webpage indicated that my card declined!

I was told about limewire by a friend. I was very excited to download it and get some music i can listen to in the car.

I went out and bought a prepaid credit card JUST so i can use it to pay the fee.

Much to my dismay after entering my credit card information i was routed to a card declined page with possible reasons why my card declined.

I thought i didn't enter my information correctly so i tried again... Again declined!

I waited a few days then checked my account balance to see what the status of my card was and i see 2 charges on my card from LimeWire!!!

I try to stay calm, i go to their website and try to find a "contact us" page, i found one but it is a page that i have to enter my email address first before i can even send an email and it keeps telling me that i am not a registered member! Ugh! I can't even contact them, i would still be interested if i could just talk to someone, have them reverse one of the charges and continue my download.

Instead i have to contact the credit card company, pay for a charge back and use itunes instead!!!

They lost my business and my word of mouth advertising, not a good way to run a business!!!
