Dealing with the service department is the absolute worst. We dropped our car off on Thursday evening and wrote 2 issues on the envelope. Both of the issues should be have covered by the warranty according to Rick per a phone call earlier in the week. I got a call at 2:00 saying one issue is not covered but will cost $300 to fix. I called back and asked about the other issue and it wasn't looked at because " he couldn't read what was written." I have a cell phone. The car was purchased 4 years ago for over $50,000. Amazing how warranty items they can't read but billable items can be read.
